There's a nice layer of actual yeast underneath, but here's my house gremlins brewing up some flavour for you. I'm brewing right now, and pulled this out to use it, but... I'm not sure...

already tried one sauerkraut beer. been there done it, never ever doing it again.
NB: i love sauerkraut and make my own. but there is time and place for sauerkraut and the place is not in a beer glass
