brewing tonight... stop by if you're interested

I'm brewing some english mild ale tonight, if anyone want's to stop by to say hello. I'll probably pop the top on a new keg too, and there's still some of the haloumi I made according to siggi's recipe.

I've just mashed in, and am cooking some dinner. Hverfisgata 104c, 822 2595 if you want to come.

50g Special B
250g Rolled Oats
20g of Bramling Cross for 60 minutes, S-04
target 20L at 1.041, mash target 68C

Damn. Just saw this now, I live so close to you (on Lindargata) but I was busy anyway yesterday

good good, mashed a little hot, came in a little low on OG.

Will probably brew christmas beer either this week or next though, that's a fun night with spices.
