Pilgrim Hops, 50g at 60min, 30g at 20min and 20g at 5min
And the aforementioned West Yorkshire Wyest 1469.
We'll see how it goes. My 51st All grain batch, 96th brew in Iceland. Of course, special ingredients Hverfisgata style: Hot water, straight from the tap, and the Pilgrim hops are from the 2007 harvest, "best before november 2011" They're in their original unopened foil sealed packaging, and have been in the freezer, they'll be fine
