4.6kg malted wheat
100g chocolate wheat
150g torrefied wheat. looked sort of like corn flakes, came from

15g of Admiral Hops for 60min (~12%AAU)
25g of EKG for 30 minutes
yeast was "Coopers Bohemian" I bought this in australia, and I can't find any information on it. I have one sachet left. I have very mixed opinions on it, it doesn't flocculate very well, it was probably designed for australian temps, no clue.
Target OG was 1.046, but it only measured at 1.030. WTF? I assume I screwed up the measurements somehow, but no idea how, it was the same routine as always.
Primary fermentation was room temperature for about 7 weeks. (sept to late oct 2010) During this time the airlock ran dry.
It tasted quite acetic at kegging, "probably infected, keg it anyway" Around christmas it still tasted pretty shit. by June 2011, it was starting to hint that it might one day be good, and by now, it's actually fairly drinkable as a special occasion beer
I'm unlikely to ever both with such a brew again, even though it came ok in the end. There's a reason wheat beers use wheat beer yeasts.
