hot water and "brew clean" or PBW or similar (it's a base, not an acid. NaOH mostly probably)
close, shake, use CO2 to push through the dip tube. (Every now and again I'll use the same setup to push through the serving lines, but I don't do that between every keg)
The hot water + cleaner can be reused for a few kegs.
Then I go through again with cold water, to rinse out the cleaner, and more cold water pushed with CO2 to clean the PBW out of the dip tubes and beer lines.

For people (rightlfully) sceptical of my cleaning regimen, I take a lot of shortcuts in other parts of the brewing process, but not in keeping the kegs clean. Too much at stake
