Sá fyrri er góður, en hann varð töluvert undir í flestum tölum, og í raun Standard Bitter skv. BJCP skilgreiningu. Ég ákvað að taka hann fyrir aftur í dag, og ná tölunum réttum, fá meiri fyllingu, og eilítinn karamelluvott.
Preboil gravity var 1.052 (stigi meira en áætlað), og OG nákvæmlega 1.061. Rétt rúmir 18 lítrar fóru í fötuna, svo nýtnin var einnig eins og áætluð, eða 75,31%.
