8:00pm - Meet, get a drink, catch up
8:30pm - Formal meeting, presentations and announcements
8:45? - Presentation by guest speaker (TBD [1])
10:30pm: formal session close, welcome to stay as long as you like afterwards.

Remember, mebers get a 25% discount on drinks at the bar. Bring a friend, it's open for all.
