Hvítvín - meðmæli

Getur einhver mælt með hvítvínssettum úr Ámunni eða Vínkjallaranum? Eitthvað sem hentar fyrir sem flesta, ekki of þurrt og ekki of sætt.
Er bjartsýni að vínið geti verið gott eftir ca. 15 vikur frá því að víngerð hefst?

Þetta er erfitt ... veistu eitthvað hvaða vínþrúga þér finnst góð?

Er að hugsa þetta fyrir litla veislu, þannig að þetta þyrfti að henta sem flestum bragðlaukum...

Ég þekki því miður voða lítið inn á vín sem henta hverjum sem er.
Riesling virðist samt henta mjög mörgum.

Prófaðu að tala við Ámuna eða Vínkjallarann, þú færð vonandi góð ráð þar.

Reisling eða Gewurstraminer eru frekar sæt vín og passa vel í gleðskapinn!

mer finnst vin fra vinkjallarinn alltaf lang best. !!!!!

you get more juce for the same money :) I would not go below 6 Litr. just buy the 8 Liter kit !
Gewurtstraminer is very good !!! but you also should take yore time !!!! i always do it in 8 weeks not 4 or 6....

the cheap kits have some water taste....white wine is always easier to produce than than red.

So you let it ferment for ~5-7 days, secondary fermentation for 2 weeks?, stabilize for 2+ weeks? How long time on bottles before it's "drinkable"?

jap somethink like that ! the instructions you get with the kit are very good. i always add some extra days after secondary.

no did not yet try out the aluminium wine bags .....i always bottle :) maybe next time.
