Boil wort for 105 Minutes
With 90 minutes left to the boil slowely and evenly start adding hops. (Works out to .25 oz every 7.5 minutes)

Gerjunin er óljós fyrir mér. Það á að nota Wyeast 1099 sem er fljótandi ger og ég þarf að búa til starter. OG er gríðarlega hátt eða 1.092. Mr. Malty reiknar út að eg þurfi >4L startara. Ég er ekkert hrifinn af því að bæta svo miklu magni af DME sulli í virtinn. Startarinn verður yfir 5% af heildarmagninu! Annað mál er að ég á bara 2 stk 1L Erlenmeyer flöskur fyrir startara. Hvernig leysi ég þetta?
